Katerina has been supporting the Female Filmmakers Festival Berlin for three years as Presenter and always receives extremely positive feedback from our audience and attending filmmakers every year. Katerina is always well-prepared and asks intelligent and insightful questions that make each filmmaker feel comfortable and keep our audience intrigued. Additionally, Katerina also hosts panels, which she conducts in a professional way. I would love to collaborate with Katerina for any other event I plan.

I took part in several international film festivals with my short films this year and therefore also experienced several Q&As. But for me personally, the Q&A at the Female Filmmakers Festival Berlin moderated by Katerina Russman was one of the best Q&As and an absolute highlight. The questions about the narrative were deep and meaningful: I had the feeling that she had really 'seen' my film and also thought about the community and society surrounding the film. Her great questions opened up spaces in my mind that led to a very interesting conversation between me and Katerina. Her way of directing the dialogue between me as a filmmaker and the audience and leading inspiring discussions whilst keeping track of things was great. Thank you Katerina for this really great experience and for the lovely discussion!
